Timeless Memories Captured

The new OpenGate Metal Detector System has been implemented on the Alexander Junior High and Brookhaven High School campuses to enhance security.

Labor Day is on Monday, September 1, 2025. All Brookhaven Schools and district offices will be closed for the holiday.

These are general expectations and rules that will govern the climate and culture of Alexander Junior High School. If you have questions, please call the school to speak with an administrator.

On Thursday, July 31 from 5:00 p.m. - 7:00 p.m., all incoming 7th & 8th grade students and their parents/guardians are welcome to come by AJH to pick up their schedules and walk around to meet their teachers.

7th Grade schedule pickup will be located in the "Front Foyer or Cafeteria".
8th Grade schedule pickup will be located in the "Gym".

Any schedule change request forms must be turned in by August 20, 2024. Requests are not guaranteed and vary depending on the need of the student. Click on the headline to view the form.

AJH Football, Cheer, Volleyball, and Cross Country will be recognized at Meet the Panthers on August 11 @ 6:00 on King Field.

On Friday, August 4 from 1:00-4:00, all incoming 8th grade students and their parents/guardians are welcome to come by AJH to pick up their schedules and walk around to meet their teachers.
