· Prior Knowledge: · General music Level 1 in previous grade. · Student will discuss any knowledge on Rock and Roll music.
· Activities/Centers: · Teacher will review facts learned from previous. · Teacher will pass out graded worksheets from lesson. · Student will analyze and discuss videos of music from the 50’s and 60’s. · Student will analyze and discuss dances from music of the 60’s. · Groups and artist includes: Eddie Fisher, Patti Page, Bill Haley and the Comets, Elvis Presley, Fats Domino, Jerry Lee Lewis, The Supremes, The Temptations, The Beach Boys, The Four Seasons and The Beatles.
· Closure:
· Remind student review all facts learned in lesson.
